Complaints and Feedback

Isaiah;s Wish CIC welcomes feedback and takes complaints seriously. Your experience helps us recognise what is working well, understand where improvements are needed and ensure that people are treated fairly, respectfully and with dignity.

Giving Feedback

We welcome compliments, suggestions and comments about our work. You can share feedback by emailing isaiahswishcic@outlook.com or by using the contact form on our website.

Making a Complaint

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, you can make a complaint by emailing isaiahswishcic@outlook.com. Please explain what happened, when it happened, who was involved and what you would like us to do. Only include information that is relevant to your complaint.

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and aim to provide a full response within twenty working days. If we need more time, we will explain why and tell you when you can expect a response. Complaints will be handled fairly, sensitively and as confidentially as possible.

If You Remain Unhappy

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may ask for your complaint to be reviewed by a director who was not involved in the original matter. We will explain the outcome of the review and any further options available to you.

Safeguarding Complaints

If your complaint involves a concern about the safety or wellbeing of a child, young person or adult at risk, please email Safeguarding.isaiahswish@outlook.com

Safeguarding concerns will be managed under our safeguarding procedures rather than the general complaints process.

Our Commitment to Fairness

No one will be treated unfairly or disadvantaged for raising a genuine concern or complaint. We will use feedback and complaints to lear, improve our work and strengthen the support we provide
